Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes! We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if you're not completely satisfied. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact support@teemdrop.com to initiate a return.
What if my order never arrives?
If your order hasn't arrived 45 days after shipping (for USA orders), contact support@teemdrop.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier to locate your package.
How long does the warranty last?
